Number 24: Dark Hearted Spider Artwork

Presenting the artwork for my fan-made Number monsters, Number 24: Dark Hearted Spider. Since the most recent Number monsters are based off of card archetypes from the Zexal era, I thought I might try to come up with as many Number monsters based on archetypes that had either 3 Number monsters or less. 

The artwork is something I need all on my own. For this monster, I wanted to create a monster that represented Mr. Heartland after he became a Barian. I know that Mr. Heartland's form is based off a fly. But looking at all of the Fake Number monsters that Mr. Heartland and his Fearsome Four of the Dark Dueling World, the fly motif had already been done. Besides, in the anime, there wasn't any monster with a spider motif. It's like they saved that for the Zexal manga.

For this monster, I incorporated some aspects of Mr. Heartland, both Human and Barian form, into this creature, while add motifs of the Heart Monsters that Mr. Heartland used in manga and the Fake Number monsters in the anime.
