[Fan Made] The God Phoenix of Ra card

Presenting the card version of my take on the Egyptian God Phoenix, the third and final form of The Winged Dragon of Ra. For this card's effects, I drew inspiration from The Winged Dragon of Ra (Phoenix Mode) from the video game, Yu-Gi-Oh: Reshef of Destruction, the tribute monsters to gain power effect from the The Winged Dragon of Ra of the anime, and from my take on Obelisk the Progenitor.
